When it comes to administering OneLogin, there are a lot of short one-and-done tasks that may come up throughout that day. OneLogin Admin is a mobile app that gives admins a pulse on their users, allowing them to complete these tasks quickly and on the go.

Design

An admin's day-to-day experience with OneLogin is managing users, so I designed the app around some of the most frequent user management tasks:

  1. Viewing and filtering users
  2. Unlocking and approving/rejecting new users
  3. Giving a user access to an app
  4. Take action against suspicious activity by suspending a user or forcing a password reset
